Do you want to be better at remembering things? One of the best ways to remember what you learn is to teach it to someone else. Things like remembering phone numbers, addresses, names, lists of things, speeches. One of the contributing fears of my stage fright was (and still is) remembering what I want to say.
Over the past year I have spent a lot of time learning from a leading memory expert, Jim Kwik. I have attended two events. I have studied his on-line learning.
With help from my producer, Ed Vanderlee, I will share some things I’ve learned from Jim Kwik with you. Stephen Covey, author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”, calls it teaching to learn.
One day, I hope to have Jim as a guest. Until then, you can learn from me, as I reinforce my learning.
