She began her studies to strengthen her immune system and prevent recurring bouts of bronchitis, asthma, allergies, eczema, and digestive issues. She recognized the power and holistic health benefits of Qigong. She now offers these benefits to others.
Jan is a level 5 certified qigong healer and trainer, level 2 Reiki practitioner, and author. She trained with Chinese-born International Qigong Grand Master Chunyi Lin.
Qigong sometimes appears to offer magical solutions for healing, maintaining health, and taking you to the next level of health (even peak performance). Qigong provides more energy, better sleep, stronger immunity, and many more holistic benefits. In truth, it’s the body’s natural ability to heal itself that produces the magic. Qigong is for self-healing.
Jan is currently working on a book to introduce Qigong and its benefits to help more people take control of their own health.
