As President of NFBPWC-NYC, an affiliate of IFBPW, Francesca has worked with NYS coalitions to successfully influence the passage of three New York State Equal Pay Laws and a NYS Paid Family Leave Law. She works tirelessly to Stop the Trafficking of People, especially the sexual exploitation of women and children.
